There is no standard formula to test if or how much CBD is in your system. Based on many studies, small doses can be in your body for up to 2 days. Higher doses tend to remain in your body for up to 10 days. Each person, dosage, and product will vary the results.

As the Farm Bill passed in December of 2018, there is a lot of questions going around about the legality of CBD. While the Farm Bill makes it legal federally to produce hemp that contains less than .3 percent of THC, the psychoactive ingredient found in marijuana, each state is still able to create new or enforce current laws that prohibit its use.

This week, local and state authorities are cracking down on foods that contain CBD technically known as cannabidiol. Public health officials in New York City, Maine, Ohio, and North Carolina have banned the sale of all foods that contain CBD, citing US Food and Drug Administration guidelines.
